Repellam is a Polymeric additive mixture that has excellent saturation levels that enhances the stability of the substrate. It also repels water from the substrate. This makes for the ideal primer and bonding agent for most applications. Used on a variety of substrates, such as concrete, walls, plaster, tiles, etc.
